1 tsp olive oil
2 T. diced onion
2 (4-oz) boneless,ckinless chicken breasts
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
Add the olive oil to a non-stick skillet.Saute the diced onion in the oil.Cut chicken breasts into large chunks,add to skillet.Saute for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Serves 2.
